Living your Truth
We are meant to fly high - to be who we are and let ourselves be seen.
Living a life in alignment with who you are means...

Letting go of the expectations of others
Have you ever woken up and wondered how you got here and questioned if you were living out someone else's dream and not your own? It happens to the best of us. We are too easily influenced by the opinions of others. Their expectations become our expectations. Before we know it our lives have taken a whole different course. It doesn't feel easy and it isn't what we want for ourselves. To live a more fulfilling life we need to release these expectations and discover more fully who we are. It is from this place we can soar.
Following your own intuition
Are you listening? Its that small, quiet voice within that whispers its desires. The place inside of us that makes its needs known through enthusiasm or a sense of dread. We so often override our intuition with our shoulds, ought-toes, and have-toes. Perhaps we are afraid to take the risk or maybe we do not want to disappoint others. Either way we stop listening and we stop trusting. But what if... What if that voice had all the answers and was pointing us in the right direction. What if we did not have to figure it all out. What if we are supported and the way is shown.
Trusting the unfoldment
If our yesses and noes reflect who we are then the unfoldment becomes easy. Things seem to match up. Our prayers are answered. The right people show up. Opportunities come knocking and yes, doors even open. What is this magic? It is the magic of living your truth. When you do so, you are no longer sending conflicting messages out into the world. You are being true to yourself and the Universe responds with an amen and alleluia.
